Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our selection of candles and click on "Add to Cart" any items that you wish to buy. You will then be directed to Paypal where you can change the quantity, continue shopping for more items or checkout - you will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit or debit card payment via Paypal.

You may also order via email at: webshop@naturallightcompany.co.uk and we also accept cheques.

Shipping And Handling

For orders under £60.00 there is a flat charge of £4.85. For orders over £60.00 there is no charge.

Delivery Schedule

Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery of your order

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait or accept another item of identical value.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
